Note that after a release, I freeze factory until the next monday, so
factory currently contains the clean "beta9" state.  I'm unfreezing
factory now, so we'll have a larger update during the next 24 hours.

And we only sync out once a day.  So, worst case is two days after
checkin, the package should be on our server,
