I believe they are all related to the signing issue and goes back to the
`create_package_desrc -C` that is introduced and the test that is a result
of this introduction.
It is as if SUSE is telling: Either you use what we provide you, or you
use nothing at all. I am sure that is not the intention, as it was always
encouraged to make your own distribution and add your own packages to
that.
