In Konqueror you can already do such a thing. Browse to an RPM, click on
it and then select to install with YaST.

It should not be too difficult to make something like that for other
browsers like Firefox to do the same.

This will work well for smaller things and if you have enough repositories
to cover all non-standard files.

If it is more complex, the developer should be making his own repository.
