No, its not the communities task to bridge gaps that namesys opened.

Could it be instead that some kernel developers have personal problems
with namesys? I mean, how else would you completely ignore truely
innovative technology when it's handed to you on a silver platter for
free...

What is the task of Chris Mason at SUSE currently? Is he not allowed to continue his work?
