Erm, in what way is RFC2369, "The Use of URLs as Meta-Syntax
for Core Mail List Commands and their Transport through
Message Header Fields" not relevant to mailing list
configuration? And RFC2919, "List-Id: A Structured Field and
Namespace for the Identification of Mailing Lists"?

And incidentally, sending an email to a list does not make
it suddenly not be an internet email any more. RFC2822
"Internet Message Format" applies to all internet email.
