Did you ever read the bug? Chance between nano and zero. This dates back
about 9 months, to my first SUSE 10.0 install. It applies to:

1-SUSE 10.0 final, SUSE 10.1 Factory, SUSE 10.1 final, SUSE 10.2 Factory
2-4 entirely different machines
3-4 different keyboard brands
4-all systems in distinctly different physical locations

6 concurrent other Linux distro installations on multiboot on the exact
same machines never exhibit the problem.
