Not unlikely it's an unofficial, 3rd party kernel > build.. I haven't heard of any new kernel patch for 10.1 lately. Latest > official supported kernel for 10.1 is: 2.6.16.21
I know. That's why I put the question. I have kernel 2.6.16.21 for weeks, but I'm sure I installed it with YOU, not with zen-updater. The log today says: 15 Sep 2006 10:32:20 INFO RedCarpetBackend+RCTransactionProgress Transaction step. seqno 10 (Install '[S1:1][package]kernel-default-2.6.16.21-0.21.i586 I just checked on another machine with fresh install and all updates installed. This also showed me the kernel update after I already made the kernel update for 2.6.16.21. Catalogue is the same 20060802. On this second machine I have no additional installation sources configured, only the official updates. -- Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Marcel Hilzinger Linux New Media AG Süskindstr. 4 D-81929 München Tel: +49 (89) 99 34 11 0 Fax: +49 (89) 99 34 11 99 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
