Known problem.
Ghostscript needs to be adapted.

Reason:
Gimp-Print has a built-in driver for Ghostscript (the "stp" driver).
Therefore Gimp-Print stuff is in the ghostscript-library package.
Gutenprint does no longer have a built-in driver for Ghostscript.
Gutenprint has only an "external" driver for Ghostscript which uses
the IJS interface to Ghostscript (i.e. one can update the Gutenprint
driver without re-compile and update Ghostscript packages).
Some file names in Gimp-Print and Gutenprint are the same.
Therefore the above duplicates.

It is not decided if we drop the Gimp-Print "stp" driver
from Ghostscript to get completely rid of Gimp-Print,
or if we keep it for backward compatibility so that
existing print queues which use the "stp" driver still work.
Up to Suse Linux 10.1 the "stp" driver is used by default
if a print queue with the Gimp-Print driver is set up
(we have about 600 PPD files which use the "stp" driver).

By the way:
We appreciate it very much if you test Gutenprint.
We only have a few printers to test Gutenprint on our own.
In case of problems use our Bugzilla and set the "component"
to "printing" so that I get it and/or assign it directly to
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" (don't use [EMAIL PROTECTED] in Bugzilla).

Kind Regards
