Any chance these can be included in OpenSUSE 10.2, at least as a KMP?
They're fairly high quality, and support quite a bit of the webcams on
the market today.

Please talk to the maintainer to get it into the official Linus
kernel. Once those are in, we will enable it the module,
Andreas
There was a dispute with the maintainer who was using hooks into the
kernel, he threw a tantrum after pleading unsuccessfully to be treated
as a special case and asked for his code to be removed from the kernel,
it duly was. Alan Cox then stepped up to support an alternative that was
somewhat limited at first, subsequently the original maintainer
relented, but his code was never reinstated, so I doubt we'll see it in
any openSUSE products - it was/is encumbered by a NDA between the
maintainer and Philips.
Your are confusing spca5xx and the pwc moduels.
Ciao, Marcus
I stand corrected, I got the two mixed up.
Thanks and Regards
Sid.
