Such things are in general a sign that the build did not succeed which
is indded the case here:

cxx_extensions.cxx: In member function 'void
Py::PythonType::supportSequenceType()':
cxx_extensions.cxx:205: error: invalid conversion from 'int (*)(PyObject*)' to
'Py_ssize_t (*
)(PyObject*)'
cxx_extensions.cxx:207: error: invalid conversion from 'PyObject*
(*)(PyObject*, int)' to 'Py
Object* (*)(PyObject*, Py_ssize_t)'

This is a fallout from the move to python 2.5, hope this will be fixed soon,
