A while ago[1] there was some discussion here around the compositing manager in Metacity. I've built metacity packages and libcm which is required for the CM in my BS repo[2]. I don't have a Factory install at the moment so I'd appreciate if some intrepid tester could, well, test them for me. If they work, I'd like to propose the changes for Factory/10.2.
