Sounds familiar ;-((
Boot from CD/DVD and run memtest for atleast 24 hours

My own experience:
Sometimes the addresses in red turn up in 15 minutes, sometimes after
several hours. I have been running it each day. each time giving
different malfunctioning addresses, never even once the same address.
Several causes could be:
1) Power supply can not cope (after inserting or replacing pci-boards or
drives.
2) Leaking elco's on the MOBO
3) Damaged mobo or mem (Recent lightning in the neighborhood, or not
working ESD-safe?)
Solution for either is costly.
