The "free" VMware-server-1.0.1-29996.i386.rpm bombs out on a 10.2B2 xen
kernel:

I gather it's not expected to work, or am I wrong?
There is a use for it; applications which run under xen I don't want to
use vmware for, and rebooting in between is, let's say, inconvenient.

Thanks,

Volker
