i think we already have a common repository format: repomd

it can be handled by:
yast2/libzypp/zypper/zmd
apt
smart
yum
synaptik

and i maybe forgot more.

furthermore the apt sources are create from yast2/repomd repositories.
so the files are accessible there aswell.

i dont see any need in teaching yast2 apt repo format
