Thanks for testing this. Here my md5sum's:

openSUSE-10.2-Beta2_RC1-Addon-Lang-i386.delta.iso

So our delta is the same but the base not. I created the base from beta1 with 
the delta and _my_ md5sum is in the MD5SUM file on the ftp server. I wonder 
where you got your iso from?
