Well, I 'am using traditionally http://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/kernel/kotd/ 
and there is no kernel-vanilla  ;-) 
I've found it now at http://software.opensuse.org/download/Kernel:/
and the vanilla upstream kernel shows the same problem. Sending a bugreport to 
linux-kernel now.
