In general, users add packman and other repositories to enable features
not available in the default packages provided by SUSE. This doesn't
mean that all more recent packages from packman have to be installed to
replace the default ones. The decision should be left to the user and
not by the package manager, because upgrading all default packages with
3rd party ones automatically might bring to a messed up system.
