They are indeed stalled on the fact, that it was not possible, at that time, to find a location that is _the_ project place for ltsp5. It was just not possible to find a developer that could point to a url and state: " that are the ltsp5 sources, run make install and be happy". That might have changed in the meantime, but I did not see it happen. In my opinion without a good project home (sources location or released tarbal location) it is not possible to include a project into a distribution.
