An PPD file might not be enough. A PPD file might also mean that there
has an additional filter to be executed. If any such filter is not
under GPL (or similar faults), then we cannot help you here much.
As Andreas already suggested, create a new bugzilla entry (Component
is "Printing"!), and attache the RPM, even if you're unsure whether
this RPM contains real GPL stuff or not: let us dig into this.
Please inform us either, where you got this file from. So we can keep
it up-to-date in future.
