I still don't fully understand what you mean with "PID"? What's the actual problem? In addition I still don't agree with your plan completely. It makes no sense to me to have a completely different Firefox package. I see that it would be nice if there was another logo included in the about window but the price for that is too high I feel. Please list your reasons why you think that only a separate package can solve your project.
