Just finished with these files (I've added md5sums):
bf6cdc711b8703e2bfc971c1b4125098  openSUSE-10.3-Alpha4-DVD-i386.iso
ff26a06823327f7447e691052dc51c02  openSUSE-10.3-Alpha4_Alpha5-DVD-i386.delta.iso

Worked fine for me on an openSUSE 10.2 x86-64 system:

zd1211-firmware.noarch (bzip): applying delta
iso sucessfully re-created, md5sum: f51ec50be6b0a8d390327f0d1bb822c9
