We simply can't rebuild all our packages on each beta release (or even on each Factory sync). We usually start in the RC phase because of library freeze, so that packages are ready with the final release.
Are you serious!? Adding such a functionality in RC (Thu, Sep 20: openSUSE 10.3 Release Candidate 1 release) gives us only 14 days for finding and fixing bugs. It's extremely short time. -- Rafał Miłecki
