Works great for me. However I only got a2 as full DVD. Since then I get the deltadvd (via BT, fast with no problems) apply it, and then seed the full DVD. Right now I seed a6 x86_64 DVD (and 10.2 DVD, and a5->a6 delta). Maybe you should have a look at your local situation. What BT-client do you use? Does it support DHT? Have you configured NAT and SuSEfirewall?
