It shouldn't be.
It should be also in /var/adm/fillup-templates/sysconfig.displaymanager
which is part of xorg-x11. Just checked and it's there. If it's really
missing on your system in /etc/sysconfig, please check what happened -
there might be a bug elsewhere,
