Honestly, I don't know exactly 'why' IA64 recommends at lest 200 MB.
Other system need just only 64 MB... But it's only a warning, you can
skip it and continue upgrading.

Anyway, you had better see the bugzilla bug #258563 (mentioned in the
change-entry).
