The bugs are frozen also?

For example when i insert a cd, I got the error:
hal-storage-mount-removable no <-- (action, result)

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=304845

Or the 16 bugs related to the ahci module driver, will be frozen?
https://bugzilla.novell.com/buglist.cgi?query_format=specific&order=relevance+desc&bug_status=__open__&product=&content=ahci

If I do in konsole:
dmesg | grep ahci
ahci 0000:00:12.0: version 3.0
ahci 0000:00:12.0: controller can't do 64bit DMA, forcing 32bit
ahci 0000:00:12.0: controller can't do PMP, turning off CAP_PMP
ahci 0000:00:12.0: AHCI 0001.0100 32 slots 4 ports 3 Gbps 0xf impl SATA mode
ahci 0000:00:12.0: flags: ncq sntf ilck led clo pio slum part
scsi0 : ahci
scsi1 : ahci
scsi2 : ahci
scsi3 : ahci

Other bug with audacity appear as resolved:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=294693&GoAheadAndLogIn=1

I downloaded it and installed the last version (audacity-1.3.3-35),
and "The Bug Come Back", when I try to save a project:

Program received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.
[Switching to Thread 0xb67246d0 (LWP 5779)]
0xffffe410 in __kernel_vsyscall ()
(gdb) bt
#0 0xffffe410 in __kernel_vsyscall ()
#1 0xb71e3835 in raise () from /lib/libc.so.6
#2 0xb71e5121 in abort () from /lib/libc.so.6
#3 0xb722041b in ?? () from /lib/libc.so.6
#4 0x00000000 in ?? ()

I admit the problem of this bug can be derived from the buggy ahci
driver, such as other bug with the rpmdb crash. How can I test it?
