You mean:
 mount --bind /sys /mnt/sys
 mount --bind /proc /mnt/proc
 mount --bind /dev /mnt/dev

I got glitch with bootloader that is not yet resolved, but without /dev/ I 
couldn't get any hard disk to appear.
