This seems to me more an error of that libdvdcss package. Perhaps you
could test wether it compiles on another distro version. Or you can try to
make some other package.
I think gcc is running above, but doesn't find the "ac_nonexistent.h" -
which I think it is correct, the name implies it is meant to not exist.
But somehow that is interpreted to mean that gcc does not exist?
Dunno. I don't really understand how configure works.
