Well, there's still a difference between name+version and capability+version. The install-by-capability will match any package providing the capability, which is not necessarily the package name or the package version. So if you want an explicit package name with an explicit version, you have to use 'yast sw_single' currently. zypper should be extended to provide this in the future.
