Yesterday I build with the aid of applydeltaiso the GM x86_64 DVD from same source and I had success!. It seems the problem is for some RC1 isos rather than RC1_GM delta isos. I don't know what gone bad. I was lucky with the RC1 isos. As additional info, I downloaded RC1 x86_64 DVD few days ago because I had problems rebuilding RC1 from delta isos (I remember the same message).
