I encourage people to test cups-1.3 too.
Packages can be found in openSUSE build service (even for older
distributions):
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Printing/
and i.e. openSUSE 10.3, i386 are found in:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Printing/openSUSE_10.3/i586/
and new ghostscript versions are there either. :-)
