You should have yast2-mcs-plugin package installed if you selected Xfce
pattern. This adds icon to Xfce Settings manager (called Yast2 Control
Center). About 'naked' modules in Other menu: all
/usr/share/applications/YaST2/*desktop files should probably have
"OnlyShowIn=KDE;GNOME;" like /usr/share/applications/YaST.desktop does.
