No. In addition I'm getting some kind of font corruption because of
the video driver (?), where random lines in a list (ie Gmail inbox) or
paragraph get blacked out or turn to noise when scrolling. Sometimes
highlighting a paragraph will fix the unreadable parts.

Isn't this the reason why http://susepaste.org/ was created so that
people can post the contents of logs et al so that every person
subscribed to a list doesn't have to unnecessarily receive hundreds of
bytes which go to make up the download volume for which they are charged
by the ISP?
