I still vividly remember the day when you first got hired and joined us
on IRC.  That's a few years ago now.  Things are definitely different
from the original days when myself, I joined IRC.   

Though I'm not anywhere nearly as active as I was in the early days
here, I've enjoyed watching from the sidelines as the team evolved under
your leadership to one of community empowerment.  You've achieved what
many struggle to do.

And I'm personally thankful to have also met you in person over the
years and get to know the strong quiet leadership skills you have.
You've made openSUSE GNOME team into a powerhouse in its own right.  

We may all be a bit weathered over the years, but we come out
victorious, wiser, and stronger.  And you're a big part of that.  For
that, I join the rest of the community in thanking you for your
contributions to date, as well as the contributions you'll continue to
make in the future.
