At this moment, yes. Once I have all of 3.5.91 checked in (and built)
the entire stack will be pushed to GNOME:Factory, where Vincent will
start hating me for the amount of reviews he will have to do...
Beware though: GNOME:Next is 'very roughly' tested only, not even I
run it on my system yet (well, I 'froze' myself to 3.4 in order to be
able to do bug fixing for 12.2). G:N has never been advised for usage.
