Just open the gnome-tweak-tool, under theme you will find the defaults
in (), for Window, Cursor, GTK+ and shell theme and Gnome icon
theme. Fonts are Cantrell.

Well,
I would like openSUSE should try to provide additional themes for GNOME
3.4 beside the old one Adwaita.
I know there are several external resources available around, but
official themes should be welcomed I guess.
