Hi, In gnome-terminal, if set a shortcut key for "Reset and Clear" and use that (instead of ^L), the good thing is that the screen history is also cleared. But the PS1 prompt is not retained. I need to press an extra "Enter". Does it not make more sense to get the prompt retained, after clearing the scrollback ?
