Try that stylesheet in the Epiphany browser. Preferences -> Fonts and
Styles -> Use Custom Stylesheet. Epiphany has tons of disadvantages over
Firefox - I find v3.4 particularly buggy - but it looks like it supports
that workaround a lot better. You won't ever have to reload the
stylesheet; it just applies nicely to every page. I know switching to a
different browser is probably not desirable - just throwing out an
option.
