It's finally being worked on but I'm afraid it's not likely to be fixed
in time for 12.3 :/

I don't think this is a bug so much as an incomplete translation. I
don't know much about translating for GNOME myself, but I found a link

That's not a bug, it just means the server is down. Happens rather a lot
