For reference, I have these versions installed and this seems to work:

libwebkitgtk-3_0-0-2.1.3-21.9.x86_64 (from GNOME:Factory)
libicu51_2-data-51.2-5.1.noarch
libicu51_2-51.2-5.1.x86_64

(icu both from openSUSE:Factory)
