Hello Adam, Thanks to take time for replying. Default power monitor in Gnome works correctly however I would like to test the other older version as I found it a little different. Opening a new thread, I expect for next Gnome (DE or even just gnome-shell) some enhancements in particular on these items: 1) Better power monitor and management with possibility to be warned with acoustic alarm in case of battery reaches critical charge 2) A working integration with Gnome Documents and Skydrive with possibility to upload and download files.
