Get rid of the workflow and make two pages. One for the people who are
supposed to do them and one for the people who are supposed to offer
them. Connect them with a simple [[openSUSE:Offer a junior job|Here is
how you can offer a junior job!]]
Explain the benefit for the project and what people can learn from doing
a junior job a.k.a. what is in it for them.
Add pictures.
