Hi, first of all thank you for your good words and don't care about
the amounts of questions, its a pleasure talking about it :-) .

Well we missed releasing a party on time, although Stathis helped
organize a party 500 klm away from our hometown.
> As Ambassadors what was your most difficult part to get this done?
Well that's a great question and the answer has maybe too much
philosophic base,so much that you may think I'm exaggerate but...Also
its a little big background story but you asked for it ;-)
The sort version is that we had to change ourselves the way of thinking.
Now as for the long version:
When I became an ambassador we made a big conversation with
Stathis(Diamond_gr) and at that time we couldn't find George(Ragecryx)
or any other from the pre-existing Greek openSUSE community so we had
to think how to create a community literally from scratch(if all go
well I shall write an article about it sometime). We had to decide how
we should do that, so we decided (and that was and sometimes still is
the most difficult part) to think outside of the box and don't take
the road all other communities in Greece did. We don't like many
things in the Greek Linux community and we realize the only way to
change something is to act. Fortunately other people who share our
love for openSUSE came to us,also people 'devoted' to other
distributions came to us for the reasons I've mentioned. Of course
it's still the Start and the future will show if we acted wisely or
snobbish. You see we realize that the job of a leader in a community
is not to have people serving him but the leader's work is to listen
to the community carefully and always help who ever needs help and
solving the community's problems,The leader in a community must be the
hardest working man of all.Anyway I hope I answered your question.

> folders, flyers, any ambassadors guiding for launch parties?
Well we took openSUSE artwork we liked,we put inside the information
we believe someone should have for our community and we had all of
them printed, also we asked ourselves what we would like to find to a
launch party and we became creative.
>Do you have
> plans to do more launch parties? If so, what could you do different to
> get better results with less efforts?
First of all we are thinking big and outside the box to whatever we
make so you might find a little crazy the following but is what we
really thinking in doing for 11.4 release party.
We are thinking Rock party of course and we are thinking 'Connection'
and let me explain that.We are thinking simultaneously party’s
connected to each other via net with image at least and sound if
possible. We are not only thinking Greece, you see the time difference
between European countries is 1 up to 3 hours maximum and that can
make it possible, the gear needed exist to anyone’s home.
The only maybe difficult parts on that is to find a bar with internet
connection and a big screen.
Now to the second part of your question,in the next party we will
(hopefully) be a bigger community and we will share the work better
but I don't think we could do something to get a better result with
less efforts.

> you believe must be inside this kit?
If by miss you mean use, well until the last time we were adding things
like using green plates for the cake and what kind of candles we
should use for 11.3 on the cake or if we should have balloons in a
Rock party.
If I was making an "Ambassadors Launch Party Kit" I would have the
following items inside:
-A Cake with candles like this

-Fliers containing useful information about the openSUSE local and
global community
-Stickers, for some reason people love them.
-A Geeko like mine
(http://www.flickr.com/photos/warlordfff/5145279625),I promise if i
can I will finish the How to next week. ;-)
-Party gear with balloons and some noisy things like whistles and
stuff like here http://www.flickr.com/photos/warlordfff/5145880734
-Dvd's with the distribution
-If you have a screen openSUSE video-clips like those I made and I
will upload one of these days
-If I had the money I would made release party t-shirts (soon you will
hear a proposition about it on marketing list about 11.4 release
party)
-Fun while organizing the party,I don't know how you can put fun in a
kit but it is really important because i believe people can feel that.
-A backup plan for everything because anything that can go wrong it
will happen the day of the party, for example the PC that the bar had
for playing and mixing the music crashed the moment the first people
entered the bar,but there is almost nothing a smile cannot fix.
