Just a little FYI -
Just sat in on a presentation here in Los Angeles at SCALE 9 by Mark
Burgess, founder of CFengine talking about philosophy and future
development of FOSS and configuration management,

He dropped a little praise for zypper and how openSUSE has adopted and
is implementing package building, management and deployment..

For the non-technical folks, CFengine was originally conceived and
written by Mark back in the late 1990's when there weren't any good
configuration management apps. Since then CFengine has evolved and
spawned several other similar apps like the widely used Puppet (I
think it officially went freemium this past summer).

CFengine is still one of the leading apps of its kind as well as the
inspiration and parent of many others, and Mark is held in high
esteem, so IMO praising openSUSE is a big deal.

So, I would guess that if marketing folks might like some kind of
quote or recommendation from Mark he might be willing to provide...
