We need to make sure we have
1. mentors for every project we have
2. Keeping up their enthusiasm
3. Maintaining deadlines and tax forms
4. If possible, join the gsoc mailing list and keep an eye on it and
keep and pick up points which might help us

The best way is to talk to people and convince them I believe
