The Forums have been down at least an hour (that's when I found out), who knows how much longer it's been down.
I personally thought that whatever the problem is, ordinarily it should be resolvable by now. Of course more serious problems can take any amount of time... If anyone on this List knows a specific person to contact regarding this, pls pop that person a message.
