I had another thought - domed stickers.  I know we do a nice system
sticker (like the Windows one) but it would be awesome to have
something a bit nicer to put on the back of a laptop, etc.  Something
lasting, but fun.

Doing the geeko button (

looks to be < 40 cents per, on qtys of 1000 (
