Collaboration Across Borders despite is repetitive but meaningful too. If you 
add something meaningful like "Collaboration Across Borders: defining a new 
frontier"  or whatever is thematic variation. Inclusive "Collaboration Across 
Borders: rwx3" is better than just "rwx3 "or just "Collaboration  Across 
Borders". Just "rwx3" does not add power enough to be marketable. So a 
balanced mix of words and symbols make some sense here.
