Just an idea to play all around. As this training sponsored program could
start to improve and standardize the tecnical skills for ambassadors . It can
starts with the older active ambassadors and assigning a quota for some
regions or countries (maybe based on population size) at the very beginning.

Advantages: Doing so you could manage better the resources. If this pilot
program makes the expected results move forward with the next group and so on.
You will have the first generation, second, third, .....trainees. Better and
solid knowledge of openSUSE or SUSE could activate a solid participation and
arguments.

Cons: we would need the ambassador subscriptions date to organize the lists.
It needs a teamwork to organize ambassadors, region or countries,
subscription date.
