I propose to take shots from Ambassadors to make a 2-3-4 minute video as an add and then let's challenge all people with a contest to create a home video calling people to the conference and give some kind of a prize(a Geeko plush or something...) to the one that will have the more views on YouTube by lets say 11 of September. Because of the contest people maybe will try harder to promote their video shot.
